1. Job Posting Package:

• Clients can cancel the job posting service and request a refund within 7 days from the purchase date, provided the job posting has not been activated.
• If the job posting is already live, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

2. Recruitment Services (Successful Hiring):

• We only charge clients when a candidate is successfully hired.
• If a client hires a candidate through our recruitment service, the client is required to pay for the recruitment service within 30 days of the candidate’s hiring.
• If the hired candidate leaves the company within 30 days of employment, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost to the client.
• If a candidate leaves after 30 days, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

3. How to Cancel:

• Cancellations can be requested if the recruitment process has not yet led to a successful hire.
