At Reqroo, we aim to provide high-quality recruitment services. Since our services are primarily digital, once a payment is made, it is generally non-refundable. However, we understand that issues may arise, so we’ve outlined our policy below:

1. Job Postings:

  • Clients can request a refund for job posting services within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the job posting has not been activated yet.
  • Once the job posting is live, the payment is non-refundable.

2. Recruitment Services (Successful Hiring):

  • We only charge clients when a candidate is successfully hired.
  • If a client hires a candidate through our recruitment service, the client is required to pay for the recruitment service within 30 days of the candidate’s hiring.
  • If the hired candidate leaves the company within 30 days of employment, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost to the client.
  • If a candidate leaves after 30 days, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

3. Processing Time:

Refund requests (where applicable) will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method, and it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
